Key responsibilities:

The WynSwim Coordinator - Learn to Swim plays a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and management of the Learn to Swim Program and its staff within the WynSwim team. 

• Assist the Aquatics & Community Participation Manager in strategy development and delivery to enhance program effectiveness
• Lead the Swim School Leader and Swim Teacher teams to deliver high-quality WynSwim LTS Programs
• Manage rostering and timesheets for WynSwim LTS Programs
