The Women’s Pathway Coach is a new role which will strengthen the coaching provision for players currently progressing through the Harlequins Women’s Pathway. The successful candidate will work closely with the Surrey University Head Coach & Pathway Manager to deliver technical and tactical coaching to identified/targeted pathway players transitioning to the Harlequins senior team.The successful candidate will be a key member of the Harlequins women’s coaching and staffing group.

• Reports to Surrey University Head Coach & Pathway Manager
• A work schedule which will require work on evenings and weekends

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead on the coaching planning and delivery of backs and attack play for the University of Surrey Women’s Performance Rugby Programme.
• Assist in the delivery of the wider game model coaching as directed by the Head Coach (squad, small group skills, 1-to-1 sessions).
