Glamorgan County Cricket Club is seeking to appoint a Strength and Conditioning Coach to support their Women’s and Girls Programmes.

The successful candidate will be a values driven individual with a passion for improving players and teams through fostering an inclusive high performance culture both on and off the field.

The Women’s Strength and Conditioning Coach will be able to set out a vision and plan for success and be able to evidence excellent communication skills whilst operating as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
