We are looking for a VAR Performance Coach to join us at PGMOL. You will play a key role in contributing to the implementation of VAR in the English professional game, with a principal focus on performance monitoring, development, and review. As a member of the VAR development team, you will support the Enhanced Training Programme and Talent Identification Programme for Video Match Officials. You will also regularly attend the VAR Hub to observe Video Match Official performance, providing performance feedback using the holistic performance framework. The role will also involve representing PGMOL in VAR-related matters to internal groups and external stakeholders as required.
