We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. This role will be critical in ensuring the smooth execution of our paid advertising campaigns by managing the organization of ad assets, coordinating with creative teams, and trafficking approved ads to our media agencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at deadline management, and has a sharp eye for detail.
- Manage media assets for all US Open campaigns, including ticket sales, Fan Week, hospitality, Finals Fan Fest & Afterparty, digital growth, and the US Open Shop eCommerce business.
- Maintain a tracker for all paid media campaigns, including player inclusion, budget and tracking codes.
- Organize creative needs and files, ensuring all assets are properly documented and ready for distribution.
- Collaborate with the creative team to collect required assets and ensure they meet campaign specifications.
- Track creative development progress to ensure deadlines are met.
