This exciting, newly created role will be responsible for leading all of Netball Australia's ticketing operations, driving revenue through sales and promotions, and collaborating with internal team and external stakeholders to optimise ticketing strategies. 

Reporting to an approachable and dedicated Ticketing & Consumer Products Manager, responsibilities will include: 

• Lead all ticketing operations for events, and sell tickets, ticketing packages, and other revenue driving opportunities
• Use of specialist knowledge to inform direction regarding venue modes, capacities, fees, charges 
• Process and distribute complimentary and contractual ticketing requests including staff and partners
• Manage ticketing process end to end through booking on-sale plans, completing ticket builds, proactive inventory management, managing on-sale periods, overseeing event day/night and post-event settlement
