AMSG presents an internship opportunity for college students or anyone looking to gain experience in ticket sales and service.

Summary:                    
This ticketing internship will include in-person work on game days and remote work leading up to game days and throughout the season. Work includes administrative tasks required for running the day to day ticketing operations of the club.

Home Games for UPSL include the following dates for a 7pm kickoff: 3/1, 3/15, 4/5, 4/26, 5/11
Home Games for USL 2, USL W, and USL A are tbd, but will be on the same days (back-to-back games)

Duties/Responsibilities: 
Game day duties include being responsible for ticketing operations and leading the ticket booth. Which includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service in the ticket booth
- Managing total attendance, reports, revenue generated through the Passage ticketing platform
- Handling cash/venmo/zelle
