We are looking for enthusiastic college students or post-graduates to provide support to our management team and provide excellent customer service to our patrons. The Ticketing Intern will assist in the day-to-day operation of the Havoc Ticket Staff. This candidate must be able to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition, candidates for this role must have strong customer service and data entry skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sports. This position would start ASAP and finish at the conclusion of the 2025 SPHL Playoffs (late April-to-early May).

The Ticketing Intern will assist the Ticket Operations Department with all aspects of sales and ticket operations including order processing, sales, ticket printing, and payment.
