The Fayetteville Woodpeckers take pride in the excellent service provided to our fans and guests each time they come to a ballgame or event at Segra Stadium. We have established very high standards that we expect each employee to follow. The job entails a great deal of walking, climbing stairs, and standing on concrete surfaces in both cold and extremely hot weather. Ticket Takers are expected to serve the guests upon entry to Segra Stadium by greeting, scanning tickets, and answering questions the guest may have.
