The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, American Hockey League affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, are seeking interns for the 2025 Spring Sales Program.  The WBS Penguins strive to provide interns with in-depth experience by working in the fast-paced environment of sports with our team through office and game night settings.  Interns will be required to have office hours (between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm) as well as Penguins home games (5pm to 9:30pm).  Schedule will be determined by the number of interns and workload.
  
Essential Duties:

• Learn all aspects of the ticket sales process
•  Manage set game night operations, including pregame experiences, intermission performances, fan assistance booth, in-game giveaways, post-game events/breakdown, etc.
• Assist in selling & servicing of full membership menu, group tickets, & hospitality outings
• Cold-call past purchases, local businesses, organizations and identify potential prospects
