As a Ticket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating. This role requires a proactive approach to customer outreach, relationship building, and providing top-tier customer service to fans and organizations interested in attending SaberCats games.

Responsibilities:

• Actively sell season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating packages to individuals and businesses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective ticket buyers.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads.
• Work closely with the Director of Ticket Sales to identify potential ticket buyers and promotional strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive fan experience.
