Nashville Superspeedway & Dover Motor Speedway are elite venues within the Speedway Motorsports portfolio. We are seeking a current college student eager to gain hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry. This internship provides valuable exposure to ticket operations, customer service, event management, and community engagement in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist with inbound calls, customer service inquiries, and mailing of camping and event packets.
• Provide extraordinary service to fans through email, text lines, and phone support.
• Help create and organize fan audiences in our CRM database.
• Participate in community events and assist with related initiatives.
• Manage and maintain accurate account information for clients and prospects in the CRM system.
