Indy Ignite Pro Volleyball is hiring a Ticket Operations Manager to oversee the organisation’s ticketing execution efforts.  The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of ticket operations and fulfillment for a sports team or entertainment venue.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all ticket operations duties including, but not limited to building seasons and events, ticket fulfillment, reporting, and internal ticket requests
  • Serve as a liaison between the organisation and the venue Box Office
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including renewals, invoicing, frequent inbound customer service calls, and mobile ticket resolution.
  • Responsible for all reporting as requested by Team President and League office (weekly revenue reports, ticket reports, game day settlements, etc.)
  • Assist the Director of Ticket Sales in the development and implementation of the overall ticket strategies to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
