The Team Services Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all off-ice logistical operations for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. This role ensures seamless support for the players, coaches, and hockey operations staff, enabling them to focus on peak performance on the ice. 

This is an integral role within the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Hockey Operations team. The hire will be tasked with diligently orchestrating all off-ice team operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable with the ability to troubleshoot and think on their feet, a team player capable of working with players & staff, and has a deep understanding of professional sports operations, particularly within hockey.
