A Great Opportunity 

We are looking for a friendly, genuine, and energetic coach to join our passionate coaching team. The role offers 32 hours of coaching per week, with additional hours up to full time available within our aquatics programs.  

You will be responsible for programming and delivering squad sessions for swimmers of all levels, from Development through to Performance and Adults. In addition to coaching, you will attend swim meets, support the Mingara Aquatics Swim Club, and motivate swimmers of all ages to reach their full potential.
