The Jacksonville Jaguars are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. This position will assist with day-to-day accounting functions, which include but are not limited to: accounts receivables, cash posting, journal entries, transaction research, month-end close, fluctuation analysis and financial reporting.  The ideal candidate must be reliable, have a keen eye for detail, exhibit a commitment to excellence, and be comfortable taking initiative.
 
Job Responsibilities

• Record monthly journal entries as part of the month-end close process, including revenue recognition, related-party transactions, and fixed assets
• Perform shared service functions including invoicing, payment set up, and other operational tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accounts are accurately stated and reconciled to the general ledger
