Volleyball Northern Territory  (VNT) is the peak body responsible for the growth, development, and promotion of volleyball in the Northern Territory. We are seeking a motivated Sport Development Officer to work with our Board to deliver the sport's goals in participation, performance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Volleyball NT Board to achieve operational outcomes.
• Support Clubs and Associations with development goals, with a strong focus on school engagement and programs.
• Develop and implement participation and high-performance plans.
• Represent Volleyball NT and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Perform General Secretariat duties, including administrative support for the Volleyball NT Board.
