The Sponsorship Marketing Manager is responsible for developing sponsorship marketing assets, managing day-to-day sponsor relations, and overseeing the organization’s sponsorship fulfillment efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, content planning, fulfillment tracking, pitch-deck development, and managing a portfolio of 30+ sponsor contacts. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders.

FLSA Classification: Exempt Core Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee fulfillment strategies for all sponsors, developing creative ways to showcase and elevate each sponsor’s respective brand according to contract deliverables. 
  • Manage an ongoing calendar of sponsorship fulfillment initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are carried out on time and according to plan.
