The PLL is looking to hire a Social Media Coordinator who has a deep understanding of social voice, tone and style. This role is responsible for developing, engaging and communicating with our growing audience. This candidate must be a skilled communicator who can write social copy, live tweet games, and engage with our audience in an authentic voice. This entails becoming the expert on what is being talked about in the PLL online ecosystem, responding to customer service related posts, and joining in on relevant conversations. This candidate must be able to communicate with a design and production team to create thumb stopping images, memes and videos - serving both the casual and lifelong fan. The role requires understanding of the PLL, its players and the sport of lacrosse, while also balancing the ability to communicate to new fans outside of the game. This candidate must have experience running popular social media accounts, understanding of a brand voice and knowledge of the internet ecosystem.
