As the Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering Netball Victoria’s digital content strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, overseeing community engagement, and producing digital media that connects with netball fans across Victoria. This role focuses on growing audience reach, enhancing engagement, and supporting Netball Victoria’s and the Melbourne Vixens' online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Content: Develop, produce, and publish engaging social media content across Netball Victoria and Melbourne Vixens platforms.
• Community Engagement: Manage and moderate online communities to create a positive and engaging space for fans and members. Drive audience growth through a TikTok-first strategy, leveraging trends, influencers, and athletes to enhance reach and engagement.
• Media Production: Assist with photography, videography, and podcast production to enhance digital storytelling.
• Reporting & Strategy: Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve audience engagement and growth.
