Working in the Performance Pathways and Programs Branch, as part of a wider team of Performance Program Consultants, you will work with a portfolio of NSOs and will work collaboratively whilst engaging both internal and external colleagues to achieve their high performance strategic priorities. A primary role is to reinforce the AIS’s objective for the organisation to be a genuine and valued partner with NSOs. 

About you - We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, who can be successful in understanding Australia’s Win Well High Performance 2032+ Sport Strategy and aligning with AIS Performance to execute goals seamlessly.
