The Senior Director Business Development Licensing will be responsible for leading business development within specific retail segments/categories, directly on behalf of TOUR or in partnership with CAA, and delivering incremental rights fees, royalties, and consumer data to TOUR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 12 years of related work experience, with best-in-class organizations in relevant functional areas (e.g, golf, licensing, retail, strategic sales) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of video games, collectibles, emerging technologies, and industry leading fan engagement programs
• Highly skilled writing and public speaking / presentation abilities
