The Hartford Yard Goats, Double-A Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, are seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our 2025 Field Crew Positions. This position, Seasonal Field Operations Assistant, is seasonal, running from March to October. This position would report to the Field Operations Manager and would work on the day crew on game days and non-gameday events. This position is ideal for someone with one to two years of turf management experience or someone looking to enter the turf management industry, and the opportunity to work on the 2024 Double-A Field of the Year.
