Responsible for operating a cash register in our retail store during gamedays, non-gamedays and weekends.
Work in designated areas during games, including the concourse retail locations.
Handle assigned retail duties in accordance with the company’s operational standards.
Assist in merchandising functions including store display, inventory receiving, inventory management and stocking merchandise.
Responsible for handling and responding to guest questions and requests.
Assist with online orders and maintain proper inventory levels as needed and assigned.
Monitor the accuracy of transfers, damages, and guest returns to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
Actively keeps up the store’s appearance including; merchandise neatly organized, attractively displayed and proactively cleaned to maintain the highest level of visual presentation.
