This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the overall day-to-day operation of the Retail Stores in a professional and profitable manner. This position is fan focused and customer facing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist Store Manager in the overall day-to-day operation of the Stores with emphasis on providing superior service to our fans.
  • Responsible for management and support of all sales associates to achieve daily goals through effective communication to entire staff of operational information.
  • Communicate directly with Retail Store Manager on daily basis regarding overall activity, opportunities, issues, etc.
  • Responsible for overall execution and maintenance of Packers standards in relation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist internal organization staff with their retail purchasing requests.
  • Provide a second to none shopping experience to fans from around the world.
  • Develop a strategy and utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload, ensuring the store is always fan ready.
