The Retail Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment, and assisting guests with their shopping needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and provide a friendly, helpful, and positive shopping experience
• Proactively answer questions, offer recommendations, to help guests find what they need
• Ensure smooth guest checkout- operating Retail Pro Registers  
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to create a pleasant shopping environment
