This position is responsible for managing the Regional business unit of North America. The position will work directly report to the Vice President of Operations and will work closely North American functional leadership (sales, marketing, operations, finance and merchandise). 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Director oversees all designated events in their area of North America, encompassing the various IRONMAN brands including side and ancillary events. Primary responsibilities are overall P and L performance for the region, portfolio and event management, ensuring events are operated in an effective, safe and consistent manner to IRONMAN’s standard level of excellence and day to day management of regional personnel.
