The Ultimate Frisbee Association is seeking interested people to work as officials on 4-person crews, responsible for enforcing the rules of the game, ensuring fair play by making accurate calls, maintaining player safety, and managing the flow of the game, all while upholding the integrity of the sport and making impartial decisions based on their knowledge of the rules.

Key responsibilities:
1) Enforcing game rules:  Accurately interpreting and applying the rules to determine when penalties should be assessed, and using proper signals to communicate the calls.
2) Communication: Using clear, strong signals to communicate calls, and effectively communicating with players, coaches, and other officials.
