The Programs Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of New York City FC Youth Programs camps, clinics & development centers. This role includes program development & management, supervising program staff, coordinating scheduling, ensuring adherence to club policies, assisting in curriculum development, and fostering relationships with program participants and their families. The Youth Program Lead will play a key role in maintaining high standards of program execution and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage and oversee the operations of New York City FC Youth Programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate seasonal programming schedules and ensure proper staffing for NYCFC/MCFC Camps, Development Centers, Holiday Camps and Clinics. 
• Supervise program staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
