Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct private & semi-private tennis lessons and group clinics
• Evaluate the skill level of each player and tailor instruction accordingly
• Develop training plans and drills to improve the performance of players
• Provide ongoing feedback to players on their technique, strategy, movement, etc.
• Organize and run clinics, camps, tournaments, and social events
• Organize USTA team practices and advise on team line-ups
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Help maintain and promote a positive and fun environment on the court
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Tennis Director
