Premium Relationship Manager

Who are we:  With a proud and illustrious past, Everton Football Club are embarking on a new and exciting journey to our new stadium on the banks of the River Mersey. The largest single area development site in the UK. We’re breaking ground with more than our iconic build; the exciting development presents a revolutionary re-set of traditional football hospitality providing fans with unique experiences to be enjoyed on a matchday and through our events programme.     

We are excited to share a variety of roles within our Premium Experiences - Bars, Restaurants and Experiences department for Premium Relationship Managers to build, manage and sustain relationships across a portfolio of assigned seasonal memberships (accounts), within a fast paced and rapidly growing team.  

These roles will be pivotal to ensure a consistently high quality of customer service is provided as the new stadium experiences are brought to life through the inaugural season in our brand-new waterfront home, and beyond.  

About the opportunity: As Premium Relationship Manager, guiding new processes, engaging with a blend of new and established premium members, while striving to enhance the overall membership experiences will be key to success in this role.  

Using your passion for understanding clients’ needs you will manage the Clubs relationship with an assigned number of business and consumer accounts across the seasonal premium membership base, prior to new stadium move and throughout the seasons included in the multi-year term agreements.
