We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Payroll Operations Manager to assist team members with tactical and operational functions for multi-state payroll processing, reporting, and general ledger and tax reporting and research, within the Payroll Services Department.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure multi-cycle, multi-state payrolls are processed accurately and timely for all companies within Player 15 Group
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local tax and labor laws
• Ensure proper reporting, both cash and non-cash, and accurate tax withholdings from payments to team members

• Identify areas and make recommendations to improve processes and create efficiencies within processes

• Collaborate with People & Culture to resolve any pay or system discrepancies
• Perform system administrative and maintenance functions
