The Pathways & Competitions Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of state and national pathway programs from grassroots to the elite level. This role requires strong operational skills to plan and deliver key initiatives across the pathway’s strategy working closely with athletes, coaches and staff within state programs. Further, this role will be responsible for delivering the competition elements of national events in line with event and pathway requirements and priorities.

The individual will have advanced skills to foster positive and functional relationships across a number of stakeholders and have experience in developing grant applications and financial outcomes in small scale programs.
