Table Tennis Queensland is looking for a motivated and engaging person to support the Executive Officer in the delivery of a number of key projects and events in 2025.

This is a permanent part-time 12-month contracted position commencing in January 2025 (subject to appointment) until 31 December 2025.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about a career in sports and is able take on responsibility for several key projects we have planned for 2025!

The Participation, Events & Marketing Officer will support the Executive Officer in the delivery of a participation strategy to grow awareness and participation of table tennis in schools, including coordination of the QLD schools’ regional events and state final. The role will also play an integral role in the planning, delivery and marketing of major events during the year, and have significant responsibility to effectively manage and administer the social media and marketing strategy to grow the brand profile of TTQ and the sport of table tennis in Queensland!

The right candidate will have the opportunity to not only work in a State Sporting Organisation but gain exposure to an area of the business with significant growth opportunities. The project focused nature of the role calls for exceptional time management, outstanding communication skills and an outcomes focused mindset.
