What will you be doing?

• Operate essential central office services including printing and stationery, mail, couriers, office and building maintenance and restocking, security, waste disposal, recycling, in addition to other general office and professional services as required, ensuring that basic supplies and services are always available.   
• The administration of the organisation’s vehicle fleet and motor insurance databases including driving licence checking, team travel requests, fleet maintenance checks and repairs, fines received, accidents and dealing with short term hire requests.  – Collection and distribution of vehicles.
• Day-to-day health & safety across multiple sites (National Cycling Centre, Wind Tunnel & Manchester Institute of Health & Performance) duties including coordinating and carrying out individual workplace risk and DSE assessments and acting on the outcomes of these where necessary.
