Job Summary

To lead the BL’s Performance Programme throughout the Los Angeles Olympic Games 2028 cycle.
As British Lacrosse returns to the Olympic arena, we are seeking a high-performance leader to join the team and help to realise the performance potential of GB’s most talented Lacrosse athletes. This role will be pivotal in realising BLs medal winning targets over the coming years, including The World Games, European & World Championships, and the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
The Role:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To provide high level management and co-ordination of the British Lacrosse Performance Programme.
2. To develop and deliver the LA mission, setting out a clear, ambitious and confident roadmap of how BL will enable its athletes to deliver medal winning performances.
3. To provide British Lacrosse with a strategic overview, targets, implementation plan, performance management and analysis systems for the Performance Programme.
