We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Support Specialist to assist team members with promoting and assisting of PHX ID adoption for guests at the arena.

What You Will Do:

• You will work on-site events (i.e. home games, shows and concerts) in an effort to assist with PHX ID adoption and support
• You will be responsible for all operational needs and activation of the following elements while at events – including helping fans download the team app, assisting with accessing PHX ID questions, and supporting other mobile initiatives
