
Membership Executive, Club & Premium - San Diego Wave FC
We are searching for an employee who will create an amazing experience for our club and premium season ticket members, making them feel like part of the Wave community and ensuring their annual renewals. This individual will also be on the look out for upsell and add-on opportunities, making sure our STMs have a great time every home match. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for business development, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management & Retention
Serve as the primary account manager for a book of premium and club members.
Ensure seamless day-to-day service, including upgrades, payment plans, ticket exchanges, and client communications.
Execute personalized retention strategies, tailored touchpoints, and service plans to maximize member satisfaction and ensure high renewal rates year over year.
