The Member Services Coordinator will work directly with the strategic programs team on the support and execution of the TrackTown USA Kids Club. This position will focus on day-to-day and event operations for the Kids Club, database management and community engagement.

This position is a five-month contracted position, spanning mid-May through September 2025.

Primary Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for the following duties:

1. Provide excellent customer service and quality delivery of benefits to members, including, but not limited to:
   1. Managing membership database in an accurate and timely manner,
   2. Mailing welcome packets,
   3. Maintaining in-person and virtual participation/attendance records,
   4. Collaborating to provide early registration for special events, etc.
