Responsibilities:

• Assist with stadium setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are ready for fans and players.
• Sell, scan, and manage tickets, helping fans with entry and resolving any ticketing issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering fan questions and addressing concerns.
• Support venue operations, including maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Aid in game operations, such as hospitality services, fan experience activities, and event logistics.
• Act as a positive representative of the Seawolves organization.
