Manager, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion - Seattle Kraken
The DE&I Manager is a proactive, thoughtful, problem-solving, team-oriented individual with prior work experience and training in DE&I, and a deep understanding of and commitment to advancing this work. In partnership with the People & Culture team (PaC) and the SVP of Social Impact, the Manager helps to define and implement the organization’s internal DE&I strategy so as to foster an authentically inclusive, welcoming, and representative workplace and organizational culture. The DEI Manager serves as the primary internal resource for DEI related matters that arise from time to time within every department of the Kraken, Kraken Community Iceplex, and Climate Pledge Arena. The Manager also collaborates with colleagues at other clubs, the League, and other Seattle pro teams.
