The Manager, Corporate Partnerships is a full time, benefit-eligible, strictly sales position. This individual will be responsible for generating leads and closing advertising and sponsorship agreements for the team and facility. Candidate should be able to provide a documented history of successful sales.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospect, research and close sponsorship contracts for the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena.
- Build, develop and track robust new revenue pipeline and present to senior leadership as requested.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors.
- Support the development of high value partnership and sales opportunities through the creation of sales presentations, client experience demos and the structuring of deal terms.
- Identify and assess key revenue drivers and risks related to potential transactions.
- Work with the Corporate Services staff to ensure clients’ sponsorship elements are implemented timely and value delivered.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and track local and regional trends and emerging markets.
- Liaise with other departments on sponsored programs – departments to include game presentation, community relations, ticketing, suites, and others as necessary.
- Work with key sponsorship colleagues to create a collaborative business development process and opportunities for integrated partnerships.
- Assess client objectives and align activation concepts to meet those objectives.
- Other related duties as assigned.
