The successful candidates will be teaching focused, reflecting on sport industry work experience at the scholastic level, and will work with students, alumni and friends of the MAA program. An interest and experience in online teaching and online course development are assets. The teaching load, provided AACSB qualifications are met, is typically 7 courses for professionally qualified professors. Positions are 9-month contracts, although opportunities to teach in the summer, international programs, and executive education exist. This position will teach largely in the MAA program and include service responsibilities to the department. A role with the MAA alumni advisory board is expected.
