We’re now seeking an experienced and creative Learning Designer to help us deliver exceptional digital education experiences for coaches and judges across Australia. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) is essential.

The Learning Designer will join a team located across Australia, including specific team members based in Perth and Adelaide. While the role can be based at Gymnastics Australia’s office in Albert Park, Melbourne, merit candidates located anywhere within Australia will be considered.

Reporting to the Head of Workforce Development, you’ll be part of a passionate Member Services team focused on delivering outstanding learning resources and support to the gymnastics community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing and maintaining online learning content and assessments
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to turn technical content into engaging digital learning
• Maintaining and enhancing our existing course library using modern instructional design and learning technologies
