Manage a team of regional leads, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences.

What will you be doing?

Lead the execution of learning activity across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic plan set by the Learning Delivery Manager, ensuring efficient allocation of learning delivery resources during peak periods and critical times of the year.
Coordinate with venue planners, casual workforce, and cross-functional teams, including finance, to ensure all logistical and operational aspects of learning delivery are aligned and executed smoothly.
