Chalfont Otters is a thriving swimming club based in Chalfont St Peter, with a strong ethos centered on creating a nurturing, low-pressure environment where swimmers of all ages and abilities can succeed. With 290 swimmers ranging from ages 3 to adult, the club is committed to developing talent at all levels, from beginners to national champions. Our goal is to provide a pathway for swimmers to achieve their full potential, whether they are just starting out or competing at the highest levels.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated coach to lead our Junior Competitive and Academy Groups (ages 9-12).

These groups fall under Swim England's Optimum Athlete Development Framework (OADF) as "Learn to Train" and "Train to Train" stages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing young swimmers, fostering a love for the sport, and helping them build a strong foundation for future success.
