We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and dependable IT Support & Asset Management Fellow to assist our Information Technology department. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and asset management. This role requires onsite presence at our two Woodland Hills office locations. Note: This is a 12-month fellowship with an opportunity to extend for an additional 12-months. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage and maintain IT ticket board, prioritizing and executing tickets daily 
• Maintain service level on ticket response times 
• Assist with Tier 1 IT support at both Woodland Hills office locations 
• Conduct routine inspections of all IT assets, ensuring they meet usability standards. 
• Participate in a monthly on-call rotation 
• Ensure that office and data center environments are well-maintained and organized for optimal functionality 
• Remove any outdated or unused technology from office spaces to maintain a clutter-free, productive
