The IT Associate will provide first level support to internal and external Football Operations staff. Support can include system support, user support, testing, and/or documentation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Information Technology Associate position will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, the following:

• Investigate end user issues and implement possible solutions
• Traditional desktop support, including computer hardware/software imaging and repair & maintenance of computer systems, desktops, and peripherals
• Create documentation for end users on applications and processes
• Support video system hardware utilized by coaching and personnel departments
• Manage of Active Directory user & computer accounts and group policies
