The successful candidate will be directly involved in planning, development and execution of the WTA’s Legends & Friends (Legends) Department. Reporting to Director, they will support the programs noted below as well as providing assistance on key projects and research that support the strategic initiatives of the WTA.  Candidates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other departments.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assist in production of Legends Newsletter, review Newsletter’s analytics reports, and support improvements based on clicks and views
• Assist with Legacy Fund (collecting agreements, tracking and approving services, etc.)
• Maintain under Director the master chart for all Legends appearances in accordance with pertinent departments
