Bay FC is seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to lead the People Function during the critical transitional period leading into our second season. This role will oversee core HR operations and focus on enhancing key areas of employee engagement, internal communication, HR process design and documentation, and employee relations. In addition to these priorities, the Interim Head of People will provide leadership across all aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, and compliance. 

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with deep expertise in HR leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.  

We can flex this role to be full time (temporary), or fractional/part time (temporary).  The expected term is Dec 2024-July 2025.
